Some great rugby was played by all teams in the pool matches -v- Sudbury, Woodbridge, Ipswich YM and Bury.

Our new players stepped up and with growing team spirit across the squad we found ourselves undefeated in the pool.

The final -v- Colchester saw some lovely running rugby and Southwold came out on top to win the Cup. Well done team!
