Hadleigh Away

the weather soon cleared and a morning of good Rugby was had by all.

Hadleigh lent us 4 players and and 12 aside match consisting of 4 15 minute quarters was played.

Hadleigh started the stronger and scored 3 unanswered tries in the first quarter. Southwold came back into the game with Charles, Tom Wise and Jo Jo all making good breaks.

It was Charles who opened the scoring for Southwold after pressurising Hadleigh into a mistake and catalysing on a loose ball. Half time score 27 - 5 in favour of Hadleigh.

Southwold scored 3 more tries in the last 2 quarters from Tom Field and 2 from our Hadleigh lads after some good hands from all.

Final score 51 - 22 to Hadleigh.

Overall was a good match which with some lovely passing moves from both sides, the quality of Rugby played was a testament to both teams.
